Firmware Installed: CFW 3.90 m33

Default Hey
I'm new here and successfully hacked my psp from 3.90 ofw to 3.90 m33 thanks to the helpful guides i found here.
but i've been tryin to get FFVII workin on my psp, but i've read i need Dark Alex`s 3.03 Oe-c cfw. Unfortunately for me i have no idea how to do it and really dont want to brick my psp.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
