    Welcome. Since you don't have any specific questions, I advise you to check out the tutorial and download sections. Don't forget about these two guys.

    these are the basic things most people come for so ill post some links for you =]

    For getting custom firmware:

    And after you get your custom firmware check the download section for apps, homebrew, updates, etc...
