does pandora and Magick stick can downgrade any firmware version? help please

im using 3.90 M33-2, but does pandora and the stick can do all the job for downgrading any version of firmware?

Yes it can......... But new psp with new motherboard/CPU revision seems to be pandora/cfw proof as of now,...... But Dark Alex is working on that

I believe you can, however you will only be able to do this using pandora.
