This is my first post though I have been lurking around for while, just had made any posts yet.
I just got my psp up and running though trying to put cfw on it but don't have a pandora battery, can it be done without a pandora battery?? I thought I knew alot about the psp's, worked on refurbishing them for over a year, can fix about anything physically wrong with them though had really looked at the mod side of things til got one that I had to fix and now am trying to fix a second one that is bricked

If the firmware is 3.5 or below you won't need a Pandora, but you will need a copy of either GTA:LCS (Unpatched) or Lumines. If the PSP firmware is 3.5 or above, you have no other option for modding but Pandora and MMS.

See the links in my signature for both options.

Thanks, I am running ofw3.4 on it right now, so I guess I will have to get lumines to be able to downgrade it then install a cfw on it

If you want to do it without Pandora and MMS then yep, you'll need a copy of Lumines. Then just follow the guide linked in my sig.

I got my pandora battery, I'm now running 4.01 M-332, I'm having issues getting the right updates and stuff to be able to go to 5.01 m-33 or would I be better to stay with where I am for cfw?

I have tried to run the pandora on it and when put it the battery with the mms, I just get the memory and wireless led come on and stay on and does nothing else.....any help would be appreciated.
