Well if that is indeed your firmware then I'll be glad to tell you it's already hacked.

Well what would you like to do on your PSP..I'm gonna say this next just to protect you..if your thinking of asking about any pirated material...it's against the rules..not saying you were...just warning you if you had not read the rules..

..... isn't using Emulators considered piracy? (just thought I would ask)

Eh no not really...now obtaining the files is technically illegal if you do not own the game...

yeah, as long as it's your game, not rented or bought... It's cool... You just "backuped" your game, and you are using it on emulator... but using copyrighted material which you didn't pay for, that is piracy... is it clear now?
Enjoy your stay, people are here very welcome, and very friendly

I always used the rule, "If it's not in production, (being sold) then it's not really stealing."

Basically, downloading an old Super Mario SNES game isn't hurting the Nintendo Industry; and if you were to somehow buy it from a GameStop, Nintendo still wouldn't make any profit. Simply because they don't make SNES games anymore, only GameStop would make a profit.
