can i make a sort of emulator to run a computer program like Zoom player?

Dunno are you skilled at programing?

I think if you search on one of psp sites (i think it was qj) youll find either an mplayer port or a video player

Default video player emulator

found a pmplayer in eboot format but tried to use it but it and it said the eboot was broken and didnt work when i tried it anyway.
found it at "http://dl.qj.net/Media-Apps-Homebrew-Applications-PSP-/catid/140"
there is also other home brew that seem cool but haven't tried them yet
