Hey I'm another newbie

Hey guys, I recently figured out how to install emulators and run ISOs on my pc and now I'm excited to learn about how to homebrew my psp. I saw a thread about member service for fees but I didn't see a link or anything about the member reputation, prices etc. Can anyone tell me how that works?

its somewhere in the forum. cant remember exactly where i saw it.
its its basically if you want to mod, custom paint or repair your psp.
you send it to a member, he does what ever he says he would do, and he sends it back to you.
you pay for shippin and his fees.
