Hey! finaly hacking my phat..
Yes im new here, a lot off good guides ect.
I've had a fat 1k PSP for a year or two now, I Just ordered the Pandora+MMS kit from the shop here, any suggestions on what apps, homebrew and emulators to get once i get the kit and am able to run such things on my PSP? |

Hey! finaly hacking my phat..
well you have to decide on what your gonna be playing on like gba, snes, ect and then get the best emulator for it

im most likely gonna get a N64 emulator (or do they run to slow on fat to be good?) and a GBA emulator.
Also that univesal remote app looks like it could cause sum trouble.. | |

N64 runs Slow period on any PSP..Emulation is far from perfect.

gpsp the gba emulator you need, i would get gpsp 0.9 the other updates or mads made from it kinda suck
and the remote app, ir shell aculy works it without haveing to do all kinds stuff to it

Hey! finaly hacking my phat..
If you overclock to 333 MHz / 166 MHz with something like CWCheat while you're running it, it'll run alright when you play something like Super Smash Brothers. Don't expect to run Goldeneye or Perfect Dark or anything memory-intensive.

well, if it runs slow on any i might as well get it just for the heck of it and to check it out.
I take it most emulators and such come w/ a Readme so its harder to F up? | |

ive still got goldeneye for N64, ahh.. paintball mode! not to mention all the other unlockable cheats..
but w/ an emulator it becomes mobile  | |

but w/ an emulator it becomes mobile | Best think I did was play it on the PC with Project64, and then attach my PSP running FUSA as a gamepad. Also, playing with keyboard and mouse isn't so bad.

Try backing up your UMDs. Its very helpful, now I dont have to play the games from the umds, which are all scratched and cases broken. | |
