    hello guys i have a psp with cfw 0f 3.80 m-33 that shuts off but i notice that evrytime i used the dpad and press it hard it freezes and shuts off can someone guide in what the problem could be and give me guidence of what to do. psp 1004 with cfw 3.80 m33-5

    this sounds like a hardware issue, have you dropped/taken apart/spilled water on your psp?

    no i haven't dopped it or spilled water on it i had off for a while then i started playing it again when this issue started it. what should i do?

    well if you haven't ever damaged its hardware then it could be a firmware problem either upgrade to 5.00m33-6 or reinstall your current firmware using this File Details-Recovery-Flasher-v1.60-PSP -

    Using the search button would be wise on that part. also, you may have something shorting out your psp. if you can, take off the faceplate and blow it out with some canned air, and see if that helps.
