guys I downloaded a game from my psp. How do I acces those files?
Sorry, 2.80 is the highest firmware that can run any homebrew at this time.
2.81 and above have no access whatsoever to homebrew, hopefully one day soon a clever hacker will be able to beat some of the newer firmware's extra protections.
The only things you can run on a 3.03 PSP are official sony UMDs/game demos, a few simple flash games through the browser and video, music etc.

Nope, 2.80 is the highest firmware that can be downgraded.
To be more specific, firmware 1.0, 1.5 and the custom firmwares (which can only be installed from 1.5) are the only ones that can truly run homebrew.
The 2.80 limit is the highest firmware that can be downgraded to 1.5.
what about regular game downloads will that work? If so do I have to download from pc? lf I can how do I acces it.
As of yet, no homebrew can be played on 2.81. All I can suggest is return your PSP, and buy one that is downgradable.
How to tell what firmware version you are buying from the box:
A-1.50
B-1.51
C-1.52
D-2.00 Unconfirmed
E-2.00 Unconfirmed (likely 1.52)
F-2.00
G-2.01
H-2.50
I-2.60
J-2.70
K-2.71
L-2.80
All of the above firmwares are downgradeable gfeertq34tq3t3
