    Hello everybody,
New to the forums, been checking out the site. I am considering the benefits/risks of buying a friends' pandora batteried and CFWed versus an official PSP. I have a few questions though. Is there any chance of the PSP being bricked with a Pandora battery and CFW? Number 2, can I play the latest UMDs if the CFW is behind? Like could I play Gran Turismo on a CFW 5.5? Number 3, can I access the Playstation Store on a CFWed Psp?

Thanks for dealing with my questions in advance.

It's safe. And you can play games that require newer firmware - read around - but I'm not sure you can use the PS store.

Thanks, anybody know for sure about the PS store? My assumption is that it wouldn't work. Also, could you please tell me how I could make the games requiring newer firmware work? I've searched, but come up empty... Also, is playing via Wi-Fi an option?

Actually, I just read that the PS Store is available for 5.50 GEN. However, 5.00 M33-6 is currently more stable, and better. To decrypt your games to playable games, use this: PSP homebrew - Games Decrypter v2 released - PC Gaming, PlayStation, Wii, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360, News, Reviews, Downloads, Custom Apps, Homebrew and much more. FOR BEST RESULTS, use 5.50 GEN, or 5.03 GEN. Like I said before though, they aren't the best CFWs out there. Just wait till 6.10 M33 comes out. That will be insanely awesome.

Yes, Wi-Fi gaming is an optionn for the PSP(s).

6.00 M33 no, but he said nothing about 6.10 M33.
