    hey i just started today. i have a problem playing jc's avatar: the game. error 80020148 is always poppin up on the screen . can anyone help me?

    I see you're not logged in now, and you don't *seem* like a bot to me. However, next time you log in, if you don't explain why there are so many registrants under your IP then I will ban all of them and also request your IP be banned.

    i don't know any of these people on the IP list man. I just wanted to find what's wrong with my PSP. hey i use wifi internet. i don't know if that's a SHARED IP address or not but they are probably other people in my apartment who have wifi or use this website but I DON'T KNOW ANY OF THEM.

    That's a LOT of people living in an apartment complex that all use PSPmod then. That seems more like your ISP is using a shared IP for everyone in your city, but that's ridiculous.

    I can't explain it but you're obviously not a bot. I'll leave you be.

    They don't even have to be in the same City. A lot of (usually cheaper) ISP's will route several people in the same country through one IP address. In this case it's one in Burma, from these guys - MYANMAR TELEPORT > NEXT GENERATION INFO-COMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVIDER So they probably use it all over that area, literally thousands could share the same IP.
