Hello, I am new here. This is my first mod job for anything and I am running into a little trouble. I have a slim 2000. CFW 3.80 m33-5. I have only downloaded one game and when it tries to load I get "the game cannot be started 80020148 " I did find an older thread with some help and I changed some of the settings in recovery mode and the same thing still happens. It is my sons PSP and he has quite a few demos that also wont work. They say that the firmware must be updated. Do I need to update my firmware? If so can I update directly to 5.50 GEN? Thanks for any insight....

I downloaded a game "Buzz" from a site I found for PSP games. It was a rar file. I extracted it to an ISO and put it in my ISO folder. The game is in my games menu but when it starts it says The game could not be started 80020148

buzz huh. well, i really dont think buzz should have any problems. and the error code usually means a user error.
