    Hello New Members

In order for this site to protect its self from spammers we have disabled a few functions for new users. These functions will become available when you reach a certain amount of posts. The functions that new members can not do are

    -Use the PM system
-Post links/urls in any of your threads / posts
-Every thread you want to post in or start you will need to fill out a Captcha
    -Access chat room
-Add a signature to there profile
-Post on your own profile page or others

As soon as you reach a certain amount of posts (And im talking below 30) all of the above features will be enabled for you. Be aware if you are making spammy posts to try to unlock these features you could receive a warning or even a ban

my only concern is that new members may become annoyed with having to use captchas to make posts for awhile, and possibly drive them away. maybe reduce the number to like 10 or 15?

I'd also put it down to 15 posts because 50 is a lot for a new user

I think a Captcha for the first 3 posts would be more than enough. If unsuccessful bot is unsuccessful then they'll move on quickly.
