1. I traded in my 2.7 PSP for a 1.5. My little fucking bastard of a cousin Upgraded my new one thinking he was being helpful, Well, HE WASTED MY $100 BUCKS! So my question is, is there any way AT ALL to downgrade a 2.7?
2. What is this new 'Hello World' thing and how does it work? and how do I download it and use it?

Regarding your problem, no, no downgrader yet for anything past 2.6.
About the hello world, it shows an exploit forund in every fw to 2.8. Ally ou have to do is put a file in your pictures folder and run it by going into the folder on your psp. It will run and display the message.

2. hello world is a useless program designed to showcase the new exploit they discovered in 2.00 and up psps. it has no further use nor can u do anything other then display text on the psp screen. its basically homebrew that doesnt use a eloader. it does NOTHING else
