i noticed that one of the steps in the tutorial was to format it again in order to get rid of any loose files, does that mean i can swap memory sticks and it will still be installed? or is it tied to the specific memory stick that i did it on? the one i did it on was only 2 gigs cause i didnt wanna sacrifice my legit memory stick that i keep all my important data on and i wanna know if i can buy a high capacity one and not have to do it again. https://scrabblewordfinder.vip/ https://www.applock.ooo/ https://www.7zip.vip/

What matters is your PSP and what firmware you have on it.

If you have full custom firmware, the CFW files are all contained on the system. You can put a new memory card in, format it, and it's ready to go. You can just move whatever files you want off the old memory stick and drop them right onto the new one once you've formatted the new on on the PSP.

If you have lite custom firmware, there are some files that need to be injected whenever you turn the system on from a power off state. In this case, the custom firmware is tied to the memory stick.
