Well, i found a mac problem i can't answer, and the blokes at the apple store in cincinnati couldn't answer...kinda sad really.

I busted up the charger, broke the tip end, and need to buy a new one. I noticed that there are two out, a 45W and 60W. mine came with the 45W, but the 3rd party site says i can use the 60W. Is all it going to give me is a faster charge time, and is it even safe with a iBook G3? I think the 60W came with the G4's, could be mistaken.

i just dont wanna pay the apple 80 bucks for a 45W charger when i can buy a 60W brand new online for 69.99 and a 45W for 49.99 but the 45W is backordered for another two weeks, and i would buy the 60W as long as it doesnt blow my computer...

any help appreciated.

th computer regulates how much power it draws, so technically, you could use either

well i knew many did, but wasn't sure if this one did. better to err on the side of caution.
