OSX Apps you couldn't live without

Ever since I got my MBP, I've been on the hunt for some cool apps. I have come across some that get used daily, and some that I use every now and then...but I couldn't live without them. Post the apps in OSX that you personally couldn't live without

Here's my list:

Adium (IM)
News Fire
X Code (Programming)
VLC
Office for Mac

I'm pretty sure that Winamp doesn't have an OSX version..I could be wrong.
It'd have to be a special installer...cause the one from winamp.com is an .exe, not .dmg
-Crossover may get it working

i dont like the interface much... theres too much going on. winamp is simple and compact. i tryed the itunes mini player, but it lacks the controls to change songs and stuff... and im not a big fan of hot keys (im playing with hot keys right now in winamp)

i dont have a mac. but iTunes is the best music player and i cant live withought that on my windows.

MacSaber is a pretty cool app for any of the macs with motion detectors!

Firefox. (Even though Safari is also a well suited browser.)
adium. (love it )
mail. (i use it with gmail)
skype. (webchat with friends)
itunes. (my favorite music player interface is so welcoming and simple)
frostwire. (eh.)
iphoto. (even though i like lightroom i love iphoto)
imovie. (for skate films)
garageband. (fun!!)
quicktime. (cmon..)
VLC. (plays everything )
cocktail. (best app i have ever used and its so simple way better then onyx)
appzapper. (althought it costs money i have my ways theres a free program just like this i havnt tried it its called appdelete)
photobooth. (lol)
disco. (so simple)
aperture (about to let go of it for lightroom)
lightroom (seriously so ****ing sick)
photoshop cs3 (orgy)
bridge cs3 (speedy)
microsoft word (wtf are we doing with the 2004 edition)
stickies (so useful)

next to my trash i have shortcuts to flickr. and to my applications.

I'm not suggesting anything but serialseek is a good app too.

I as well think Safari is a well suited browser, and from time to time I use FF as well.
