    ok I seriously need a 2.0 jailbreak FOR IPOD TOUCH I'm running none of the websites seemed to help me so yeah I'm counting on you

    yes but it says that I need a iPod 2.0 restore file but, rumor has it, it is illegal but I don't need it to upgrade and I dont know where to find it

    You can find it in the right places...

    I can actually update my ipod to 2.0 using iTunes upgrade service, its a glitch in iTunes that apple will no doubt fix some time soon.. Quite a lot of people can do this.
