I just got to watch this at my old movie theater (they received a very early copy, usually they never got them till the night before) and i happen to be there when my friend was working (and NOT the manager whom i "threatened her life") and I watched what you may soon call,
one of the coolest fucking movies ever
Jeremy Piven, one of my favorite actors (Entourage) was awesome, this movie was jam packed, crazy, halarious, and wild all in one, it was like crank times 10 and with a better story

i don't know what the hell your thinkin, smokin aces was boring, the director of the fbi (andy garcia) could have sent an army and snatched piven up in like five minutes but he sends two guys and a few cops and they all get butchered by the dyke and the neo nazi freak

I would have likes Smoking Aces a lot better if it found a tone and stuck with it. It couldn't tell if it wanted to be funny or serious and in the end came out all garbled.

I personally couldn't stand it. The motivations for the characters didn't make any sense.

crank was just ridiculous. are you guys serious? the dude makes a cell phone call while falling from a damn plane? That shit was too over the top and just ruined the whole movie for me.
