Yea the movie was pretty good but like any movie it wasn't perfect, especially John Turturro's acting...ughhh. But I just wanted to let you guy know Transformers 2 is already greenlit. YIPPEEEE lol. If you payed attention to the last thing Optimus said... we could see some more familiar characters in the sequel.

scenario 2/10
special effects 10/10

and i don't like the thing that Megatron is totally different from original sequel. and he doesnt transform to a super-plane he was supposed to transform to a gun..right?

and Optimus Prime ..when he transforms to a truck ...thats not the truck from original sequel...its kinda European truck....

and btw Porsche refused to be presented in Transformers

i thought the movie was easily 8/10 over all. i really enjoyed it and really visually cool looking, the story was pretty decent too.

my criticisms of the film

1. why did they expose themselves to everyone? in the cartoons they always fought off in the desert or something.

2. too many lame jokes and relationship garbage and too short of a fight scene

3. too few robots, but this could be for future episodes

4. too many bright spot light, looks like ILM couldn't get some animations right and decided to throw in needless spotlights t cover it up

5. they use the transformation sound on the first transformation but not on the subsequent ones...

6 the secret police force was needlessly stupid.

oveall it was a great movie, but it i fall on its face in many ways.

Transformers Game is one of the worst games for PSP but Movie was good, i like Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer more ...

And (TOTAL SPOILERS):

Barricade never died. Last he was seen was on the freeway when they said "That is that cop car from earlier" or whatever.

Scorponok didn't die.....he dug into the ground after losing the tip of his tail and never came back up.

And Frenzy is questionable....he was hit in the head by his own blade...but did that really kill him? (I hope so)

Overall.....7/10. This is the Halo of movies to me...wasn't super bad but wasn't super good. Out of the four autobots, I grew up not liking 3 of them and the 4th really wasn't that interesting. I just don't understand why they chose some of the characters. Frenzy instead of Rumble? And why is Frenzy now Soundwave? When did Blackout become a Chopper? And the best: Why use one of the constructicons....and then make another Decepticon named Devastator??

Oh god no....I couldn't stand Beast Wars. (Probably because I am not an animal fan, and Optimus Primal sounds...just...dumb)

Haha yeah.. Theres a lot of taste out there, I respect yours.

I love beast Wars because I grew up watching it and some of my best memories and buddies come from when I watched it. I would like to see the 'cars/ trucks' series, but never had the chance.

Looks like I will be seeing this movie.. Good reviews so far
