I love beast Wars because I grew up watching it and some of my best memories and buddies come from when I watched it. I would like to see the 'cars/ trucks' series, but never had the chance.

And I understand...it is what you started out on. The cars/plains/trains(yes there was one..and a damn cool one too. Astrotrain rocked!) is great just off of the cheese factor these days. That was back in the days where things were rushed...so colors would change instantly or the wrong actor would be talking.

I wonder how much I can get them off of e-bay these days. But there is something great about the shows I grew up on -He-man, Transformers, Mask, Smurfs, Visionaries, etc- They are just fun to just watch and laugh at because by today's standards...they just are ...well...poorer quality.

I liked beast wars aswell just got them in the mail the other day. As far as the movie goes looks bad as$ but I was waiting for over two years since I heard about it. After seeing several trailers I was so bummed that all it is a a huge GM commercial. I'll prob watched it but later.

Agreed Heat. But no Beast Wars....that series sucked. I dunno, i think leaving it as it is would be a good idea for Bay, but he's a director, he'll milk it.

Well I don't think they will be doing "Beast Wars movie" anytime soon sense they already have their hands full in making the sequel. But they could incorporate the Maximals and Predacons into the story sense weren't they looking for the true Optimus Prime (Autobots) and Megatron (Decipticons) respectively in the show though. Sense Optimus is on earth it would work I would think. But then again I've heard Micheal Bay currently has the idea of adding the Dinobots into the storyline, so no Beast Wars for now. And I've also heard he has plans of a transforming Aircraft carrier, I wonder who that would be? In any case I have full faith they'll make a kick ass sequel.

If they add Jetfire...then look for all the Robotech freaks to whine and bitch. (Also Broadside was a triplechanger..that one form was an Aircraft Carrier)

grimlock was one of my favorites from the original. i was hoping for others also. i was really looking for wheeljack, thundercracker, and skywarp in this one, but oh well. jetfire and shockwave would also be nice additions. i'm pretty sure arcee will be in the next one for the female fans too.

edit: hell, put them all in!

except for hot rod, that way he can't get prime killed again.
