Wow, this is an amazing album.
Basically, a little while ago, Radiohead announced that they'd be offering their new album, In Rainbows, to anyone, and it's up to you to choose how much you want to pay for it.
This was their way of saying "Fuck off RIAA, Fuck off Big Music Corporations. We're making an album, and you won't make a fucking penny off it."
Which of course means that they're offering it for free, to anyone.
Go to www.inrainbows.com to download it, or pay for it.
Most people are asking for you to kindly pay for it. Don't worry about that, just please download it through their servers, as that's the whole point of this.
We want them to be able to show the industry a new model can work, not prove the RIAA right -- that users are a bunch of pirates.

There isn't any album art with the download, but still. If you want something for art, you can use the above image. It's straight off the site, but it's still something.
The download speed is still really fast. Like, for how bogged down the servers must be, I downloaded it in 03:13 (min:sec). So, that's not bad really.
Oh, and as for the actual music?
It's awesome. They've got such an undefinable sound, but this is seriously good stuff.
Even if you don't listen to them, you can at least try out this album and decide.

Im not a huge Radiohead fan. But i hope this works. The prices they are charging for albums these days is ridiculous.

I'm quite excited...
I've been listening to this album for about 3 hours now... Haha, it's awesome.
Every track is different from the other.
Oh, haha, not that this is bad or anything, just something I've noticed, the vocals in Nude, sound like Herbert, from Family Guy. Video - It sounds even more like Herbert at 3:34 in (the song).

it's such an amazing album.
Bodysnatchers, videotape, jigsaw falling into place, Arpeggi are all top-notch.
The next tier would be 15 step, house of cards, Nude.
The others I don't know well enough to rate.
7 great songs on an album. Hell yes to radiohead.

I paid, I support their venture without a label. The songs are great. And I agree with Matrixsucks, Jigsaw, bodysnatchers, are great. I like Nude too.
Edit=Faust Arp, Videotape, Reckoner are great as well. (top tier)
I heard NIN is gonna do the same thing (maybe).
Nice collection Matrixsucks btw.
Actually after hearing more (I just downloaded it early tonight) the songs keep getting better and better.
