the one i'm using now is iorgsoft video converter. it can make videos, movies, songs for diffierent portable media players, it is also great to work with video editing tool like iMovie, iTunes, Final cut pro,Windows Movie maker,

BTW, there are two version of iorgsoft video converter, one is for Windows , the other is for Mac.

Thanks jack_rudolph for the MediaCoder for PSP converter.

I am using 2 converter for psp, one is MediaCoder for PSP and Apollo PSP Converter. Both of them will give you the best output.

So try both of them.
