the first ever time bulma even appeared in Dragonball she is frigin wielding a machine gun! So why do you all bitch about the fact that she uses a gun in the movie? This is based on dragonball and NOT dragonball z. Thus Any difference it has to dragonball z can be ignored. Naturally there will also be NO Vegeta....

True enough there are still differences between dragonball and this movie but that is what happens with movie adaptations. Have anyone of you even concidered that the Dragonball Z that you all seem to like so much was:
A) Censored into oblivion?
B) Having the worst voice actors compared to the japanese original?
C) Switched voice actors in the middle of the show?
D) Was drawing a 5 minute action sequence out to a 5x20 minute episode list?
E) Unrealistic as ever?
F) A 180 change compared to the original Dragonball saga (the original had some link to a chinese legend concerning son goku)(Look at this link (can't post it clickable yet) h**p://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journey_to_the_West)

Considering this be happy that they decided to make a movie of the orignal Dragonball series and NOT dragonball z.

Now if anyone wants to complain about the movie please compare it to what it is SUPPOSED to be compared to.

Personally i think that this movie is going to be fun to watch. hell i am probably even going to the theaters just to see it with the extreme audio that comes from a cinema. It looks fun even though some liberties have been taken with some of the concepts.

Yea dude i totally agree with you but remember.....its Dragonball and not Dragonball Z! Theres a huge difference between the two.

like i said, there are cosmetic differences, such as goku being a teenager in the movie while in the DB anime, he was still a kid.

Why would I need pics? Him and his mom are being sued for $10000 for not paying past credit card bills, kinda hard to believe they WOULDN'T have that many PS3s. What else would they spend all that money on? Yeah i just played that japanese DBZ evolution game....

A part of me died today....

whoever made this movie needs to drive their car into a telephone pole and while hes in a stretcher, think about what hes done.
