Indeed, once eminem hit mainstream, it went downhill. However, Talib is probably one of the better and underrated rappers currently. Unlike some of the other hip-hop artists, he doesn't just ramble on getting rich, bitches, blah blah blah. He's definitely got his feet set as one of the more sensible MCs in my books.

But Jay-Z and lil' Wayne will still hold the top 2 spots in freestyling/rapping if you ask me.
