Question about H264

I've tried placing an .MP4 (H264) video on my PSP and it says unsupported data. So then I used PSP Video 9 to convert it to .MP4 and now it plays on the PSP except for the fact that the color is all distorted. =\ Am I doing something wrong here? I thought the PSP supported H264. I'm using the 3.4 OE-A firmware.

Edit: OK, this is strange. So now my PSP won't read the video that PSPVideo9 converted now. It says Unsupported Data. =\

Your level is too high. The Highest level is 3
