So my songs will not organize the way I want them to be.... help

ok so all this time I've been able to organize my music the way I want it just by dragging it in the place I wanted it to be but after I got atleast 50 songs on my psp it had changed and now I can't do it anymore.

Last time I checked, I remember someone telling me you can organize it somehow by adding numbers next to the song or something like that.

Help please, Thank you.
