I am trying out PSP Video 9

Its asking for my version when i run it first time. I am currently on 3.80M33-5, but its not listed in there. Can I choose 3.71M33 iinstead?

I'm running Firmware 3.90 (psp slim)
and PSP video 9 only goes up to 3.80.
Can I still use it?

In my opinion the "very" best is PSP Video Express, follewed by PSP video 9.

But it is very subjective, they all seem work well.
