Question Uploading Movies Via PC

Ok, I've been having trouble uploading movies via the PC.
Im not 100% sure why its not working, I've used PSP Video 9 to concert the movies i have into Mp4 format.
Then i go to drag the new video into the psp's "VIDEO" Directory, yet all I ever get is this error message (image below.)
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one whose got this message.
All help is appreciated.

Yeah it does.

It's weird, cause I use to be able to do it.
now all of a sudden I can't.

I get the same error when i try and put music on aswell.
But when i download music via the internet browser i have no problems at all and i can listen to the songs under the music icon.

Any idea why i might get this error?

and Ive noticed when i download from those Directories (Index Of whatever ie. Music) when u search for those in google. I can download from those and play the music from them when saved.
So i figured if i could make one of my own "Index Of" directories i could just upload stuff onto that and download via the browser.
but i have no clue how to make one lol.

Try these things and test between each one. Less drastic first -

1: Change your USB Port on the computer, try a different one.

2: Change the usb cable.

3: Format the memstick via PSP.

4. Format flash1 via recovery console/advanced

5. Try a different memstick.

6. Try your memstick in another PSP.

Test after each step.

Let me knwo how it goes...

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH sinphaltimus!!!

I tried out the new USB Cable, worked like a charm so far.
The one i was using was the orignal with the USB and the charger, but obviously theres something wrong with it.

Ill keep you updated.

Great! Glad that worked out. Sorry you had to go through the rest of the steps (I did have it at step 2) .

I saw this happen once before with another user, so I guess this is a bigger issue...
