Cannot play mp3's

I've searched through the forums and cannot find anything that'll answer my question. I put the PSP in USB mode and dragged music into my psp. When I take my PSP off USB mode and try to play the music, it says there are 0 songs in my music folder, but when I looked inside the folders from my computer it says it's there. Any idea?

Are you putting the music inside the music folder in your PSP folder?

you didn't accidentally disable your flash or whatever in the recovery mode under registry hacks? thats all i can think of.

there are two places you can stick music the root of your memory stick in a folder named MUSIC or from the root of your psp try seting up like this msroot/psp/and make a folder named MUSIC.

and try formating your memory card through the psp first
