I used a site called filelist.org and I downloaded a torrent file, then converted it using bittornado.com , I have the file I wnat and I want to use PSP video 9 to put it on my PSP. However, when I try to transcode it, it takes about.063 of a second to do and no matter how big the file is, it only shows up as being 3mb and it says file in use and does not play on my PSP... Any inquiries?

Edit: It actually says unsupported data on the video section of my PSP.

some videos just cant convert
like i have all the ghost in the shell standalone complex episodes, and none of them will convert... it just gives me that error... i think it has something oto do with copyrights...

maybe Psp video doesnt support that format

Maybe if the CSS protection is in fact still intact on the video that is why you are having this problem, the CSS would need to be removed, but did you know it is in fact ILLEGAL to do this in the USA.

CSS stands for Content Scrambling System and is used on most if not all DVD movies etc.... over the years though the process of protecting such media has gotten better, companies like Macrovision, have actually purchased the software from writers who have figured out how to break this. A good example is when Macrovision bought DVDShrink from it's author.

The whole site that I got it off of is illegal. They have a downloadable FULL version of Scary Movie 4 out already. Tkaes a few hours t download though. The format for the episodes I want to get on my PSP vary from RO1 to RO7 and there is one called RAR.

It sounds like you downloaded SVCD's of the movie (most Telesynchs are in SVCD format). What you do is un-rar the rar fileand it should give you an iso you can burn to a CDR/RW. You then take that and shove it in your DVD player.

While it would be theoretically possible to convert to play on your PSP it would be a bitch to convert. Besides, if you wait a few days you should be able to find a SCVD converted to DIvX format.

In the meantime, just ask mommy and daddy if you can watch it on the big tv.

How do I "un-rar the rar file"? I geuss I'll search on Google for something that converts that format into something that can be converted again, or, if I'm lucky, something that will convert ROs straight to MP4s (like I said, if I'm lucky). In the mean time, I may just make them into DVDs.



P.S. I have never met my parents. As far as I know, they're alive, but I don't really want to meet them. I currently live with my grandmother, and she is in the hospital with lepto. If she dies, I have no where to go. But that's my life story and I have no idea why I am telling you people this, but eh.

If you wish to unrar files you can use a program called winrar, im not sure if there are anyother programs that do winrar. I believe you can find winrar at Cnet download.com. I believe that win rar is out of business now tho, well i guess not Winrar's website .

The best UNZIPPER program is PowerArchiver it will Unzip .ZIP. LZH .RAR etc..... it will uncompress any file

anyways, downloading things like music, or any copyrighted video is illegal.
