I'm not sure what you mean by lite, but it's pretty small, very easy to use, and free.

Another one to try and is my AIO solution for my systems is Super. It's free and does decent conversion. It even has options that allow you to pick a system and it will setup all the options automatically. Just drag and drop then hit the encode button.
