I use this Aimersoft PSP Converter suite to convert my DVD and video to my PSP.

There is soemthign wrong with SONY and there videos for PSP if I rememeber videos go in M4V folder right? There is some name for the videos like
M4V0001.MP4 that is how it is read. Look for a Japanese converter called
3GP converter. GOOGLE IT.

I'm not sure which firmware but now you don't have to name it weirdly anymore and I used to use that a loooong time ago, but I've found something so much better, it's called Any Video Converter, I think there's a free version and then there's a professional version, it works great, my videos look very crisp 24 minute tv show is about just under 100mb at 128kbps sound and 320x240, which is just a bit shorter then the psp screen but it looks great on my psp, I highly recommend this.

Oh and you can put videos into the "video" folder on the root of your memory stick.

You must put video' s put just like you it normally does.

You can use video converter to convert your videos to MP4 that can be played in PSP. What I am using is Any Video Converter, it just has the PSP output profile, it is very easy to use.
