The video needs to be a mp4 format, so if you have a video named "My PSP.mov" or "My PSP.xxx" and "xxx" is any other format such as, .wmv, .mov, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg, .flv, ect. you need to convert it with a video converter, I recommend searching "PSP video converter" on Google, and downloading a free one. To put the video on just connect your PSP to your computer, go to the "PSP" folder, then go to the "VIDEO" folder, if you don't have a folder called "VIDEO" then make a folder and name it "VIDEO" (without quotations) then place the video file in there. DONE!

You can also run videos in more formats like avi with ultimate psp tube put them in the favorite folder.

In the root of your ms, there is a folder named, VIDEO(s) and your put Mp4 formated videos in there. OR use psptube.

The vids have to be in MPEG-4 format. Then just drag them to the VIDEO folder in the root of your memory stick.
