Do you have the videos on your PC or on a DVD?

The best converter that I have found would have to be "Super" it is freeware and it is a very good one at that. You can get it at The best setting is:
1. Choosing "Sony-PSP MP4"
2.Video scale size "368:208"
Click "Encode" and wait for it to finish then enjoy it on your PSP.
I hope this was good for you.

I use Handbrake, which is free for Mac or PC, and is amazing. It has pre-sets for PSP, PS3 and X-Box, so you don't even have to fiddle with the settings. It will accept almost any movie format, and you can even rip DVDs. |

I am using Any Video Converter. It is very easy to use. There is just PSP output profile in the right panel of the sw, you can just select it and convert the videos. You do not need set any parameters at all. Put the converted to your PSP, then you are able to watch your videos on PSP. |

If ya have a anime.mkv file with subtitles how can you convert so the subs is still there, have PSPVC and handbrake. But can't get it going with the subs, they are just not there!?
PSPVC just crash with windows 7, just says "Error"
