I did a search for "changing discs" and I found the following info in the first thread returned...

A: Some games let you save before swapping the disc (FFVII for example). Then you place the eboot for the next disc in the folder, and have the same SaveID for the eboot. I reccomend using PSX2PSP (popstation GUI) for this. You load up the Eboot, then at the bottom left corner, you match the GAMEID from Disc 1 to Disc 2 (and for Disc 3 when you get there)

Q: What if the game does not have a save point at the end of each disc?
A: You cant switch discs then. There is a method where you connect the memory card into the PC somehow, and then put the save file for disc 2. The best option i can think of would be to search google for a game-save for that game on disc 2 for the popstation PSX emulator.
In the 3rd post returned in my search i found...

You need to change the GAME ID Code with new popstation GUIs that use it. When you change the game IDs, make sure all the game discs (Example FF IX) have the same name and code, and it should recognize your saves.

yeah dude but my multidiscs games problem is not related to the saves in that way, my question is related to those games that don't let you save at the moment of switching from CD 1 to CD 2, for example Metal Gear: you have to enter a building, go up some stairs, and then go through a door, then the screen goes blank and the games shows a message saying "PLEASE INSERT DISC 2", that is my question, how to swap ?

There are some developers merging eboots out there for this problem. So you just have to wait for a developer to create one. Search around the web for it.

So it seems I have found the answers fairly easily. I would also suggest trying to play up to the last save, switching the save to a pc, pass the disc switching on the pc emulator for psx, and then transferring the save back to the psp... not sure about that though.
    Before you post please

    there is a way
you need the lastest CW CHEAT
    google it
in the previous moments to disk change, open cw cheat, and ther must be an option to export the memcard file
then Open that file on any pc ps1 emulator that can load memory card files
then go until the part it asks you to change
then load the 2nd disc file and save the memcard file
then put it back in the psp and in cwcheat import it
then put the disc 2 eboot and load the memory card with cwcheat
you should be now in disc 2...

am not sure of all this, I did it only once and dont remember well how is it...

EDIT: oh just as drizzle said.
but you need CWCHEAT remember it!!!
its a plugin for pops (ps1 thing)
