If you didnt read my other post i posted along time ago here it is.

This was around the Super Bowl weekend.

I was gettin alittle bored so i went to play a little CounterStrike: Source.
Start up the game, i see the menu, then i get these blue dots up and down the screen. Then the monitor turned off. I restarted the computer same thing happen. I thought it was the monitor at first, so i hooked it up to my moms labtop, it worked fine. ok i tried rebooting the computer again, a blue screen came up.

We called Dell............went through alot of crap........we got some one, they said its a windows problem(my computer didnt come with OS disk) they had to send it..........we got it , dell didnt call but there were supposed too, so we had to get on the phone again...formated the computer and i still get these blue dots. Same guy said he was going to send the card, they said it was going to be the nVIDIA GeForce 6800............the card turned out to be nVIDIA GeForce FX5200, i didnt even open the box, because that piece of crap wasnt going in this computer. My dad got on the phone again.....got some on to send a another card the 7300(he didnt know the card SUCKED Also) we got that card (thats wat im using right now) Call March 2nd, we got a guy that knew the 7300 wasnt as good as the 6800 i had so now hes sending the nVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX.

I skipped alot of info, like he was supposed to call back never did and all that, but wat i wrote was really wat happened

My dad had to been on the phone with Dell for a total of 15 hours, he heas about 15 case numbers and names..

I'm weird for knowing DELL makes an inferior product? I worked at the PN1 factory in Austin assembling XPS machines. I think I know about the build quality, as well as the parts that go into them. Couldn't count the times one became disconnected from the vac-u-lift and fell and went right into a box. Besides seeing the factory first-hand, I knew they were POS before I worked there. If you have to get a PC, build it yourself out of parts from quality manufacturers. The price of an XPS is well above the value of whats in there. an extra $200-$300 just for that dell logo.
