I have two Psp's.One served me as any machine should do for its owner.I had been in the green for six months and became used to bringing my toy with me for down time when we ran into a bunch of people out to ruin our days.As the shooting began, I ran to grab some cover and move forward on a couple of jerks trying to hose us.One had an RPG.His buddy sprayed our way and I coul hear the crackling snaps behind me of shots bouncing.Needless to say,we got em and nobody got hurt.Yet later when Im gonna catch some sleep,I see that my first PSP has given its life. Its routed by the same said jackasses shooting at us earlier.I was able to email home that night and was shipped out another by a family member at home within ten days(thanks Isaac, love ya man)and so bega his sending me memory cards loaded and games and vids of family on the these cards. Its was great.
My question is,do I trash this thing, give it to my buddy who sent me another or keep it as a reminder?Any suggestions?Sorry to bore ya'll.I may be in the wrong spot but wanted to share.Sorry if I offend a certain female here who hates newbs.,,,

keep it. could be a good reminder of what you're doing now, a few years down the road.

God Bless you! We still support you guys and want the best protection for you and all the troops! It's kinda why there is so much Anti-Bush ideology going around, We just want you guys safe and back on American soil! Stay safe and show a positive American image to the Iraqi's.

It doesn't matter he's probably not a liberty to say... plus it wouldn't be the best idea anyway. Just like you never ask a sniper how many peoples hes killed.....
Please could you stop the noise, I'm trying get some rest
From all the unborn chicken voices in my head
What's that...? (I may be paranoid, but not an android)

some of the soldiers WANT to be in iraq though. go over to the marines website and read their forums. some of them wanna be there helping to reform the goverment and make a real difference in the life of the iraqies. got my full support though, as i have a friend who lost vision in one of his eyes after getting caught in a IED. hes home now, and its pissed about it. he wanted to be there helping them.

be safe out there, and come back in one piece (unlike the psp :-p)

I was in Iraq.I did enjoy helping those people rebuild their lives and help them root out those jackasses who wanna mess it back up.Moral is high and freedom must be defended. The people of Iraq want what we have. That said,I will keep the PSP as it has earned its purple heart and kept me scratch free.It has been weird getting back to the world but friendly people make it easier. Thanks for your support. It means alot.
