i think you should do it man, i have a 1.50 psp, but if i had 2.0 i would test it for you. I think the best thing to do would be test it your self so you know first hand on whats it is doing

Yeah, but if I fail I'll be stuck with a 2.0 and will not be able to play homebrewz0rz.

Hey Shalted, if you can wait 5 days, I'll do it for you

I'm gonna upgrade to 2.0 anyway, Team WAB seem to have got the downgrade 2.0 ready, too, so screw using 1.52

EDIT: Unless it involves taking part or possibly bricking my PSP...then no thanks

EDIT: Meh, if its only a 3% chance, I'll try it, BUT! Takw it off of that bastard child Host called Rapidshare, it bans proxies, which means I can't get on AT ALL. Host it on mytempdir

Well I would like to say it wont brick your psp, but honestly Im not sure. I would say 3-5% chance of bricking your psp. 40-60% chance of working, the rest is that your PSP will just crash.

Well, meh, sometimes you have to take risks to get somewhere. If it bricks it, I'll get a replacement, I'll say it bricked due to a power cut. I can smooth talk my way, I'll just make sure I upgrade to 2.0 RIGHT away, so if it bricks, I can take it in the next day

Or you could buy a new one, carefully open it make sur you havent opened any thing but the main system, replace it with the bricked PSP. Return it and say youve changed you mind, if you want to get professinal youll even change the barcode on the bottom.

You could do that, but they take your contact details and shit. They could easily phone you back and fine you.

I know you like your homebrew man so I wouldn't do it if I were you......I say just wait until Tjalian gets his.

Yeah, and if this doesn't work, you can still code and test proggies on your v1.5. I'm not missing out on anything by upgrading, infact, im ultimately gaining by upgrading.
