Ok everyone i have been thinking and I think we need a new noob thread for all new members to refer too. I always see similar questions coming in and I'm sure everyone one else does. Maybe not a big detailed one but one that explains most things and then gives links to other things that person might be looking for. An example is a person coming in and asking "How do I downgrade my 2.71 PSP"
We could give a little explanation and then links to check if TA-082 and downgrade tutorials and then choices for custom firmware links. We give credit to who ever made the certain tutorial also.

just wanted some feedback because all threads I've seen that most noobs looks at right away only are rules of forum which they don't ever look at and hardly any use search button. I wouldn't mind making it either but not sure how long it would take because of my school projects so anyone can do it.

I would rather have an Psx Thread isntead of a noob thread.
But it is annoying having all these people asking dumb question like:
I just bought a psp and it's version 3.30 How do i downgrade it?

all psx games are talked about in emulation i believe.

thats why i suggested it because of what you said most peoople think it is annoying and it takes up space. i have typed the same thing to many people now at least 20-30 times...

the problem is that we have so many other FAQs. Most of those have newbs in mind. They aren't going to check a 'noob thread' anway, so there isn't much point in making one.
Today has been the most beautiful day I've ever seen.

oh i knew that Matrix but maybe like have something to give them could make it easier on is having to explain it to them over 3 pages.... if possible we could make it to where you are not allowed to post until you view this thread or something(which would require the admin).

The number of retarded threads made by noobs is down lately. In general things are going good, compared to 4 months ago, when this place was noob central.

most noobs are too lazy and/or stupid to actually read a noob thread... its a good idea, but would be a waste effort in the long run
