Some get depressed and feel like nothing can do a thing to get them out of their slump. When out of no where you find a way to get yourself back on your feet. This happens all too frequently for me, and it isn't a good thing. For the last couple months, I've been pondering why the hell society has to be so bandwagonish and why we need to have a 'god' to tell us what we can and cannot do. Also, what is causing me to be attracted to the ones that I can never have. For instance, my half sister, 2 years older than me, is going to a whole different school and lives in a diferent town with my dad and her mom, and ever since I noticed she wasn't as bad as she once was, I spent more and more time thinking about her, and now every once in a while we talk and I just automatically get this weird look in my eye like I'm really thinking about something, maybe her (which I am). I can tell we both love each other but what kind of love? She knows what she feels, but does that mean that she would look at banging a step bro would make her a redneck or just someone who likes whatever she likes regardless of society. Either way, I guess it all boils down to society and it's flaws.

Anyways, sorry about that.... what I find to either get me deeper into it or pull me out is:
NIN music and a rare few others
Spending an extra few hours a day alone in my room
Mostly anything that makes me feel like an individual (doing things other people don't do)
As any normal male, *** is at the top of the list
    Good food is always appreciated
Seeing certain people is often helpful

Some things that cheer me up: A new (old) computer someone's thrown out that I can mess around with. A poutine (certain types of food do this for everybody). Hanging out at the casino with my freinds.

This would trouble me. Believe what you want to believe. Not because it's been fed to you your entire life. Want to be a Catholic? Want to be Agnostic? Want to be Amish? Go right ahead. Society shouldn't telling you what to believe in and if anyone has a problem with what you want to believe, then they're putting thier own beliefs in front of what you think is best for you.

That's actually kind of odd. One would wonder why the "Westermarck Effect" didn't take hold in a situation like that. I can't tell you what is right or what is wrong (Though you're going to get a few weird looks if you decide to persue this). We all know that such a relationship is taboo, but in France it is apparently legal.

Anyway, more on the Westermarck Effect can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imprint...ermarck_effect

I find and play the most violent shooting game I can it helps with anger, frustration and boredom, so I'm guessing it would help for depression but I wouldn't know.

I like your view man. It doesn't even need to be religious though, like it happens with just about anything. Thanks.

I think you have misunderstood what I said (my fault or yours, who cares ). She isn't my blood related sister. She's actually adopted from Russia and I was born here in the states. She came here only like 7 years ago, now 15 years old. So that westermarck effect is irrelevant to the situation. I'm just not so sure what I should do when I get her alone (which is becoming increasingly common). If I knew she liked me the way I like her, that'd be fantastic and maybe I wouldn't feel so pathetic all the time. But if she did think it was weird that I liked her, what would she do? We're actually not even real step brother and sister, my father didn't adopt her yet, so she's my step mom's, and not my dad's. These days I sometimes think she likes me the way I like her. But another point of view is always liked. Here is my latest reason:
On Wednesday I got a promotional thing in the mail. It was for "Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters" so I went over to her cause she asked me something, and I showed her the ad and read the name of the game to her. I think she laughed (don't totally remember) and then she said something to me. (I had ordered a computer case the weekend before, and it had come in the mail when i wasn't there the day before). So she says that a package came in the mail and that it was big. And she kept mentioning the package and it's size to me. Without hardly any time between when I mentioned the ad and she that big package, we went on the electric scooters we have, alone.

Now does that sound like she's flirting/likes me, or am I just being perverted and want her to like me so much that I'm thinking it in a weird way over in my head? thanks

anyone got some opinions on my feelings and what this girls feelings might be?
I just want to tell her how I feel, but if it would be better to just hold it in like I have to do with a lot of things unfortunately, I'd rather do that and keep our intriguing relationship growing before I ask for her own opinion. Just want a chance percentage according to others.
