I think there should be some sort of complaint box where if anyone has any problems in the future they can post their problems and then mods or admins can read them.

07-12-2007, 02:02 AM as the title says, im wondering how the users on this forum would change or add to the site, if they had the power. it can be anything, from new colors, new layouts, new sections, removing sections, changing the staff, anything at all, just post an opinion so the current staff can figure out how to bring this site to the next level in the psp modification community. all input on this topic will be given fair consideration and theres no such thing as a bad idea, so post away

07-12-2007, 03:33 AM No Ads, and possibly a paid subscription for those who dig the site and want to contribute to its success (i.e. to help pay the bills). The ads get annoying over time. (I will not switch browsers, I like Safari :-P )
Im not a big fan of the color scheme either. I understand its a techie site, but the dark colors make a lot of the vB installed graphics look crappy since they were meant to go on a white background. Even a bit dreary at times!
I think that since it is PSPMods.com it should be relatively kept on track for PSP stuff and PSP related stuff. There seems to be a lot of extra forums that could be grouped together into a collapsed "Other Technologies Corner" so that the forums didnt appear to be so long and daunting at times.
Just my thoughts! :-D

Okay, this might sound stupid, but I'm just curious. Is it possible to anchor in vBulletin, or add an anchor tag. Because that would probably be easily done, and would make guides and tutorials so much better.
07-12-2007, 04:02 AM Pirate, you can if HTML is turned on, however most Competent admins do not turn HTML on because of the abuse that runs rampant from it being turned on. It can create security risks.
With that, I like that idea, however, to make it efficient and work the way you suggest they would have to use a front page CMS like Drupal or Joomla that would make the site very uniform and very EASY/FAST to update (all web-based). If they did that it would probably cut down a LOT of questions because all the guides could be located off the forums. I think it would make them easier to follow possibly as well, because you could use nice HTML formatting to make it more streamlined and "professional"
