MYspace layout *help*

Hello there people,


I have a myspace and its nice and everything, I copied / pasted in my about me section.


The thing is ... That "HTML" code wont work no matter what. The only way to make it work is deleting the whole "layout" code and make it in plain.

Any ideas?

Hey guys,

I cant put "BOLD" text... the only way to do it is using the <h2>text</h2> etc.. code to make a heather bold .. that works. Italic works etc. BUT bold.....

<strong> wont work
<B> wont work

What other code is there to make text bold? I ask this because.... for some reason the only way to make Italic on my code is using this code:

<en> Text </en>

I thought italic was

<I> text </I>

For the italics not working, if <em> </em> works, that's fine, because it's just emphasized text.

Emphasized text is actually better, because not all browsers can read bold and italics tags, while they can read emphasized and strong tags. So, you always want to use strong and emphasized. I don't remember the long explanation my web design teacher told me, but that's the short version haha...

As for the bold, strong, and even the italics not working. There must be some code on your page that's telling format codes to not work.
If you can find that, that might be it...

If you already have some CSS telling it otherwise, or another set off font attributes that were not ended, it will not work.

Make sure you go through your code, make sure nothing is telling that set of text two different things.
