I'm not sure were to post this so I figured here was good enough lol. anyway recently my psp got fully bricked, so I made a pandora battery and a magic memory stick, everyone says the pandora battery works fine when you insert it into your psp and it turns on automatically, so according to everyone I made that right, I used the easynewbie installer thing(sorry not sure its name, got link off youtube) to create the magic memory stick. So I placed the magic memory stick into my psp and then I place the battery in there and the screens just black(Lights lite) some people say to hold the right trigger so I do that and still nothing but the black screen. can someone help me out, I'm planing on buying the new psp when it comes out so its not to big of a deal, but I would like to play my games anyway lol.

keep the left trigger pressed in then insert the battery, with the left trigger still pressed in push x, you should see the green and orange lights flickering,
when they stop press x, and done

what you gotta do now is to take battery out, put in the mms, hold left trigger and keep pressed in, whilst holding the left trigger put battery in,
if you have created your mms and pandora correctly the lights on the left will flicker green and orange, when they stop press x

the psp just keeps turning off after I press X. I've redone the process about 4 times now and I get the same result. I'll write it out.

insurt the mms, then hold down the left trigger and insert the battery. the powor led is lite and the green led on the left is lite. then when I press X the orange led will light and stay lite for like 3 seconds, then the psp shuts down.

the X button seems to act like an off button. I can push nothing but it when the psp is on and it will turn off.

yea I got vista. I have assess to my old xp computer though so if I have to I can always copy the pandora files to a disc and make it on there, its just not hooked up and it would be a real hassel to get to.

how did you brick it in the first place, if the buttons are acting up it may be a motherboard issue,
