I hadn't the need to use a proxy address in sometime, now when I check the old ones I used they no longer exist or blocked.

Anyone know or use any proxy servers for restricted sites and apps?
I had a tinyurl redirect to a chinese proxy that didn't get blocked by anything and had no limitations to sites or apps.

All the searches I've done haven't yielded any good results.
