02-03-2009, 02:15 AM PSPMOD Is a place where everyone is welcomed. Members should not have to be flamed every second they make a post. I'm aware how the world works. You are not going to like everyone you meet. You may not like a few people on this forum. Thats fine. If you're going to post in a topic just to flame a member, think before you act. I'm getting tired of locking threads because they turn into a flame war and im pretty sure the rest of the team is as well.
Another thing, PSPMOD has female members. Get over it. Its a damn shame that. in every thread i see, a female member faces some sort of harassment. 'OMG YOUR A GIRL ON THE INTERNET LOL PIX KTHX'. Its getting ridiculous.
Alot of us are trying to better the atmosphere here. I don't want members coming to us 5 months later saying the forum needs more members when the same people are the ones who flamed most of the newcomers.

I hope the overall atmosphere of PSPMod returns to that of fun, entertainment, assistance, and sharing but it takes a lot of energy to suppress the ignorant and arrogant.
