    I thought once u deleted something it's suppose to be gone forever, shouldn't that be a security issue. But i realy want to know is how that is even possible

    No i mean after you delete them from the recycle bin, and i found out it has something to do with clusters that still have the information, but have not yet been rewritten (Used to make another file).

    Yeah basically when you delete something, it stays on your hard drive until that space is needed again. There are simple programs you can download that recover some files, but there are specialist companies that will retrieve a lot more. There was a feature on TV a while ago where a company recovered some files that were deleted from the drive over 5 years previosuly.

    So yes, short of physically destroying the drive, you can never really truly delete data.
