Now, i have the NTL:Home 200 Cable Modem, and i have installed Vista on another partition. Whenever i click the internet explorer icon the "dial-ip" screen comes and im not even on dial up, im on broadband. Next is there any cable or ethernet drivers available on vista for this modem? I have googled and the result is that i see posts from other forums saying that NTL have not got any drivers for vista but these posts are from 2003, therefore, wayyy outdated. Thank You. btw i know ntl has been taken over by virgin.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Vista wasn't even close to coming out in 2003... How were ppl posting about missing Vista drivers six years ago?

    "don't fucking ask me. i don't know..."

I used to have that modem, it's very outdated. Call Virgin and ask for a new modem, you'll get the new 250 model like me. If they quibble with you, argue with them that you're entitled to the latest equipment like new customers are, that's what i did.
