Seeing as it's just simple dust particles they will probably laugh at you. Best bet buddy is to CAREFULLY and useing your #000 phillips head screwdriver remove the face plate. Use latex gloves for sanitation reasons. Use some windex and a very soft clean towel. Paper towel is NO subsitute because it leaves particles on the surface, and very quickly put it back on. There is no prblem with the PSP so you will get no refund, you just need to clean it.

Darthwalker is correct, but keep in mind, to remove your faceplate you HAVE to unscrew a screw that is under the Warranty Sticker. If you damage, tamper, remove, etc the sticker, your warranty has now been voided. There is, however, a way to do it where you cant even tell you have lifted it. But you need to be VERY careful. So there is a risk in doing this

Another solution would be to try and use compressed are to under the screen. If dust can get under there, so can air. You just have to find where the air gets in at and blow the compressed air in there, it should blow the dust off of the screen.
